Management Structure and process map

In order to carry out the correct management of the research, the i+12 Institute has been structured in two large areas of management:

• Area of economic-administrative management: the Foundation for Biomedical Research of the Hospital 12 de Octubre.
• Scientific Management Area.

Process map

The management structure of the i+12 Institute has defined a Process Map to organise the activities developed in the field of research and innovation management, which encompasses the strategic, key and support processes of the organisation.
